Responsibilities:
- Administer medications according to the client’s care requirements.
- Assist the client with bathing and other personal hygiene needs.
- Provide personal care and support with daily activities.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
- Plan therapeutic diets and menus according to the client’s needs.
- Launder clothing and household linens.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Support the client’s day-to-day care and well-being.
- Assist with routines involving sitting, standing and walking.
- Safely handle items weighing up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
- Provide attentive and respectful care to an adult client.
- Follow appropriate care routines and instructions as required.

Requirements
Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
